Considering Purchasing AX-1, But : Athleanx

I'm going through AX-1 again with a much bigger focus on nutrition and proper form/cadence on each repetition. It has helped tremendously. I started the 2nd round at 16.5% BF and just finished week 11 last Friday. I was at 12.1% BF Friday. His fitness plan is good to use as a basis but I still recommend using MyFitnessPal to track Macros/Cals.

The work out programs are great though, I have gone through AX-1, 2, Zero, Ultimate Arms, and now im on month 5 of NXT. I did AX-1 and 2 a couple times. I preferred AX-2 because it was more focused on building muscle where as AX-1 was more of getting the leaner athletic body.
